yes it is. but i dont think they can do anything for you in this case you would have to go to court (of commerce) to claim that you have patent pending on this phrase and that we at UAF have violated your rights...

seems a bit weird cause as someone mentioned before i have seen this phrase on numerous things including t-shirts, flyers, etc. and i´m quite convinced they were not all from your .org.

anyway man we´re not gonna get all bitchy about it cause its certainly not worth fighting about this shit - I will speak to the rest of the crew and probably take this off our site just to get rid of this fuzz wether or not you are aware of the fact that you cant do anything about it on a legal way.
