wie john b es in seinem track ja auf den punkt bringt...

...es ist einfach elend, wenn man in uk auf nem rave steht und dort läuft nur und ausschliesslich die gleiche bassline halt unter irgendwelchen verschiedenen namen (ob mans jetzt clownstep oder nu-jump-up nennt is doch egal) - deshalb auch rude name - same bassline - fuck off!

weil halt die meisten twisted, hazard oder werauchimmer aus dem eck - tracks gleich anhören!

1 twisted individual track = ok (nicht mein ding aber ok)

15 twisted individual tracks, die sich alle gleich anhören =

15 twisted tracks und 20 von typen die sich genauso anhören = hoch zehn

...wobei das problem bei uns gottseidank nicht so schlimm ist wie in uk, lad dir mal 5 sets von top dj s runter - hab letztens sogar ein ed rush set gehört, dass ausschliesslich clownstep/nu-jump-up stuff war - dort spielen einfach wirklich alle den selben schrott - alles klar?

hä - was haben denn vocals und intros jetzt damit zu tun?

...und teebee und matrix hätt ich jetzt nicht als die gesehen, die clownstep spielen, die haben schon ihren eigenen sound - ist auch gut so - nur die spielen halt nur einmal im monat in london!

...hör dir halt mal die sets vom letzten sidewinder oder helter skelter an und sag mir was du davon hältst!

das gilt, finde ich, übrigens auch für "clownstep": die dosis macht das gift!

ich mag "clownstep" als solchen! für mich eine angenehme gegenentwicklung zu den vielen, oft schon zu pathetischen rave-step hymnen!
stumpf, dreckig und oft banal-brutal! haut gut drauf und macht laune!
hat etwas punkig-hardcoreskes!
ich bin um jede entwicklung im drumandbass froh, kann die sache nur abwechslungsreicher machen!
am ende etscheidet ja sowieso jeder dj für sich selber, was er spielen will; so hat er eben eine option mehr (die er natürlich nicht wahrnehmen muss)
ansonsten wie gesagt:
die dosis macht das gift.......

ansonsten allen viel spass, die's auf die kotj schaffen und berichtet dann bitte ausführlichst!

10 djs an nem abend und das pro floor kann einfach nicht leiwand sein!

ich war schon nach calibre und intalex völlig fertig, gut die haben auch nicht 35 minuten pro mann und nase gespielt, aber trotzdem, was sollt ich mir da noch 8 andere acts anschauen (und dann hab ich ja noch immer den anderen floor völlig verpasst)...

WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOORD!!!

ein paar clownsteps tunes sind ja eh nicht übel, aber den ganzen abend und dieses system mit sovielen djs an einem abend kann überhaupt nix.
ein set muss für mich mindestens 1 stunde und 30 minuten lang sein, mindestens. es ist ein wunderschönes gefühl, wenn man spürt wie das set einfach immer mehr und mehr flowt, rockt was auch immer. forausgesetzt natürlich, es ist ein guter dj am werk.
aber bei solchen abenden mit so vielen "knüllern" kommen dann nur viele clownsteps und burner und das alles ohne richtigen, ja wie soll ich das nennen... flow. es wird untanzbar und das mag ich nicht. die einzelnen tunes mögen vielleicht nicht schlecht sein, aber es passt einfach nicht.

für mich muss alles bunt gemischt sein und die übergänge müssen trotzdem passen und sowas kann man nur erreichen mit 3, 4 djs an einem abend, die auch zeit haben für längere sets.

absolut deiner meinung - nicht das da missverständnisse aufkommen - hab absolut kein problem mit dem sound, find auch dass jede entwicklung positiv ist, was mich stört is eben dass alle dasselbe spielen!

naja für 23€ wen juckts?? .. gehst hin un hast dein spaß.. das connex hat ausserdem 7 floors ... und die party geht bis früh um 10, genug zeit & platz also. is teilweise wie aufm rummelplatz , aber einmal im jahr muss das ma sein
