Grandmaster Flash gehört zu den wichtigsten Pionieren des Hip Hop. Seit 1976 entwickelte er die meisten Techniken die bis heute das Genre prägen und setzte erstmalig Plattenspieler als Instrument ein. Sein Welthit „The Message“ machte ihn zur Legende. Mit dem 2009 erschienenen Album The Bridge setzt er mit Hip-Hop Größen wie Q-Tip, KRS-One und Snoop Dogg neue Akzente. Außerdem stellt er eine Schlüsselfigur im brandneuen Computerspiel „DJ HERO“ dar. Am Freitag dem 13. November kann man den Großmeister des Hip Hop im Wiener Planetarium live erleben. Das Warm Up kommt von Music Lover Pezo Fox und Plattensammler der ersten Stunde Dj Arno.
