Ermak Gordey aka Stereotype was born in 1989, in Chernigov (Ukraine). In 2006 his friend showed him some Drum'n'Bass music, after that Gordey was influensed by d'n'b. In 2007 he started to produce his own tunes. He learned some programs, experimented with sub genres of d'n'b, and finaly found his own style! It was Techno-Dnb!
In 2008 Stereotype released few of his tunes for free with such labels as Tilt(T-FREE), Anxiety Disorder, Subculture and Russian Future 13. After few collaborations with Russian producer from Penza SFS, they were signed with Ukrainian label MindOutside, and came with digital EP "Destruction Times". Later he made 2 collaborations with Polish producer Structural, which were signed with Melting Pot and Tilt(T-FILES). After this Gordey had few digital releases with Future 13.
Since 2009 Stereotype's sound moves to deep/minimal techno-dnb with phat neurophunk basslines, but still with high energy grooves.
Nowadays Stereotype has supports from many labels, producers and dj's all over the world. He has few forthcoming vinyl releases (Intrasigent,Subculture,Ennex,Metafiziq,Bully,Dead
Line) and many digital releases (BlackSeeds,Silk,Synchronize,Subculture,Culture Assault,Black Reign LTD,Brainknock,Metafiziq).
At just the age of 17 Nickbee has accomplished more in these short years then most will in a lifetime. Compelled and encouraged Nickee has swept across the globe from his small town in Dneprodzerzhynsk, Ukraine. His tunes have reached the dance floors in almost every corner of the planet, including total DJ support from the likes of Billain, Noxius, Maztek and so on. When Nikolay Bogomolov also now known as NickBee, was 13 years old when Ukrainian Drum and Bass producer and activist Alexander Pavlenko (Sunchase) sat down with Nick and showed him the world of Cubase for the first time NickBee felt like he had to sit down and master this craft so he saught out over the next 4 until he felt he had greatly improved his technique and sound, and then began to show the world his sound and style. Largely inspired by the sounds of BSE, Concord Dawn & earlier sounds of Sunchase and Noisia he saught out to create a sound of his own methods and those taught to him along the way. 17 and well on his way into a world of proper production and professional releases on labels such as Protogen, Black Reign Ltd, The Factory, Ammunition Recordings and much more to be announced soon! Nick has also taking up djing and well be performing more and more in 2009 plans beyond!
