20.06. - GO PLANET ROXY - Openair festival aeroclub Tábor - southern Czech Republic
Roxy, the most famous club in Prague, Czech Republic, decided to promote the first year of a two day open air festival this summer. The diversity of the cultural events in Roxy club will show itself in its full beauty, including gigs from rock bands, top dj appearances on dance music stages, a theatre and movie tent, an extreme sports area and plenty more. The main live music headlines include shows from MARILYN MANSON, MORCHEEBA, MOLOKO, ASIAN DUB FOUNDATION, CHUMBAWAMBA, ZION TRAIN, TRANSGLOBAL UNDERGROUND and many more international and top local bands. The dance music stages will offer a variety of styles like techno, trance, house, drumandbass, downtempo to hiphop featuring artists like DAVE CLARKE, DAVE ANGEL, JIMMY VAN M, JUSTIN ROBERTSON, JAMES ZABIELA, ANDY C, PHOTEK, HIGH CONTRAST, SPACE DJz, MARCO LENZI, PHIL KIERAN, LUKE VIBERT, FELIX LABAND, YONDERBOI and many others. The popular UK based club night BUGGED OUT! will host one of the stages. The extreme sports area will offer a chance to have a go at sports like bungee jumping, wall climbing, etc and to watch the Sk8 and BMX contests featuring top international riders.
The beautiful city of Tabor is situated just 90 kilometers south of Prague and is on the main train route Berlin – Prague – Vienna. The festival grounds are just one kilometer away from the city center and offer a huge camping and parking area for those, who come with their cars and tents. The entrance fee for the two day festival is 680 Czech Crowns (cca 23 EUR) in presales till end of may, then 790 crowns (cca 27 EUR) till the festival date. At the spot the entrance fee will be approximately 32 EUR. There is also a possibiltiy to buy tickets just for the second day of the event. Presale tickets are available through www.ticketpro.cz
