DJ Deekline:
Dj Deekline has become an icon name in the dance scene, creating his
own sound of breakbeat with a more funky and electro twist.

Dj Deekline and and his production partner Wizard are by far the biggest
genre busting dance producers on the scene, creating the massive selling
debut album OBeats, Breaks and Blondes¹ which gained critical acclaim around
the world. With this impeccable reputation of the slickest production they
have been invited to remix the biggest names in house, hip hop, breakbeat
and dance including Armand Van Helden, Wu Tang¹s Ol¹ Dirty Bastard, Stanton
Warrior, and the Freestylers as well as perform in front of crowds from
the UK to the US to Australia to China and beyond.

Dj Deekline has been behind some of
the biggest selling break beat anthems the scene, the Outta Space boot leg

deekline ist bester dinge in wien gelandet. letztes wochenende noch in petersburg vor 10000 leuten (nö, das ist KEIN schreibfehler), heute bei addiction im B72. "I like intimate gigs and to support the local scenes" sagt er.
wird rocken wie sau.
und bitte keine ausreden von wegen "ich muss morgen arbeiten" oder "meine oma wird 35", des kennma alles schon und interessiert niemandem

war ganz okay, hat mich aber nicht vom hocker gerissen, was der herr hinter den decks getrieben hat.
Hat mit Serato (oder final scratch oder irgendwas in der art hatl) aufgelegt, das gibt bei mir dann sowieso immer gleich punktabzüge

a paar feine tracks waren natürlich dabei. und den leuten dürfts gefallen haben, war schon auch a bissl was los

sauber wars! seit mittwoch hat für uns das ominöse genre "booty breaks" nun definitiv seine richtigkeit. völlig eigenständig, was deekline da macht und wunderbar serviert mit seinen skills! grosser spass, und die mädels sind auch voll abgegangen.

dass gewisse wiener techhouse djs mit besserer selection, geschmack und fingerfertigkeit das halt nicht checken ist aber eh verständlich

die serato sache wurde uns zu spät mitgeteilt. leider... ist definitiv nicht unser ding. deekline hat aber auch vinyl gespielt und einen haufen neuer eigenproduktionen auf serato, u.a. viele nummern von seinem gerade feriggestellten album mit dj assault. 1. single wird "1 in the front & 2 in the back", eine killernummer!

deekline ist ausserdem die-hard vinylsammler (hat er auch bei uns im shop bewiesen . seine eigenen vinyl releases gibt es auch nicht als mp3s zu kaufen, weil er sagt, dass die leute sich doch bitte die platten kaufen sollen ("that's the real thing!").

fazit für uns: tolle party, toller dj und ein grossartiger typ, der auch gerne auf kleinen parties für die szene spielt, die ihn unterstützt.
