TC´S BIOGRAPHY :

TC can be seen playing out his distinctive sound somewhere in the worldalmost every week of the year. With multiple releases on Dstyle, Valve, as well as remixes for BBK and V and a fanatical fan base, TC is DJworth seeing and Producer worth listening too.

Dropping out of school early he fell straight into the studio. After 7 years producing, song writing and learning he has become amajor new face in the industry. In 2007 he was voted producer of theyear in the 1xtra Drum and Bass Awards and almost every major Drum andBass DJ smashes out tunes from his classic 'Warhead Remix' to 'Rockstar' to 'Where's My Money.' It really has been a continual story of success for TC, 'Deep' won tune of the year at the national drum n bass awards in 2006, his album 'Evolution' is described quite simply as 'TC's album is the hottest thing in drum & bass at the moment. It wouldbe a struggle to find a DJ who can’t fill dancefloors with his track‘Raise the Roof’ or find a radio station that isn’t playing ‘Deep’. ' His live show 'TC Evolution - Live' continues to go from strength to strength with bookings pouring in from every corner of the globe, and he recently guested on Annie Mac's Radio 1 live show.

His fans range from Grooverider, Pendulum, Sub Focus to Dj Hype and TC has collaborated with the likes of Sub Focus and the infamous D Ramirez.

TC vows never to rest on his laurels. Sound is a vibration,vibration is movement and movement is energy. In his own words ‘Theminute you get lazy, it’s over.”


FUNSTA MC BIOGRAPHY

M.C. Fun da Funsta has been rapping since he was 7 and writing lyrics since 1994. He is a new breed of MC possessing the mic. skills both to chat fast and spit more conscious-led lyrics. Fusing his talent and experience with a love of both Drum n Bass and Hip Hop, MC Fun has developed a style which is always mesmerising, sometimes thought-provoking and uniquely his own.

Fun entered the scene from a Hip Hop background but quickly established himself within the underground D&B circuit. By the mid to late 1990s he was playing on radio stations such as Kik F.M., Ruud and Rude Awakening and at raves like Desire, Heat, Pure Science and High Velocity. In 1998 he was asked to join the Kool F.M. crew, and has been performing on the station Drum n Bass most popular ever since. Fun is also a regular on internet radio, including most currently Pyrotechnics, D&B Worldwide, Syndicate and U.K. Rumble. This radio exposure along with regular appearances at T.O.V, Movement, Legends of the Dark Black, Innovation, Chatterbox, Fever and One Nation to name but a few, have led Fun to become one of the most established and respected players in the underground D&B scene.

Fun however has also made it mainstream performing at some of the U.K.s biggest festivals. Since 2000 he has played Glastonbury, Homelands, Nedworth and Essentials. He also reaches beyond the U.K. scene by gigging globally. His work has taken him all over the world; to Greece with Kool F.M.; Brazil with Urban Takeover; France for N.Y.E.; America, Germany and most recently Spain and Portugal alongside D.J,s Mickey Finn and Andy C respectively. In fact, Fun has worked with a myriad of different D.J,s within D&B and is as happy M.Cing to a crowd of 200 or 20,000 people.

MC Fun now has residencies with a number of clicks. He is a regular at MOVEMENT,TRUPLAYAZ and FEVER and performs on a monthly basis for UNITY in Luton. He is part of the governments Dont Shoot campaign touring schools promoting anti-gun violence, and as a leading member of the Uncontrolabelz he rhymes alongside fellow lyricists and has even started building his own beats.

Fun has a strong and talented presence within the scene. Not only can he rinse it out high-energy style at a rave, he can also captivate the audience with his deeply-inspirational words of wisdom, on the underground, mainstream and global circuits. His appeal lies in this versatility, this fresh and often challenging perspective and, as his name suggests, his commitment to getting down and having Fun. He is a master of ceremonies; of creativity; of consciousness but, above all, entertainment.

Während FaschistInnen immer selbstbewusster und aggressiver gegen alle auftreten, die aus der "Norm" fallen, versuchen die Behörden, antifaschistische Proteste mit Polizeirepression, Geldstrafen und Gerichtsverfahren kleinkriegen zu wollen.
Schon knapp eineinhalb Jahre schleppt sich ein Gerichtsverfahren gegen über ein Dutzend Antifas, nur weil sie im Rahmen einer Demo 2008 angeblich die Autozufahrt zum Ulrichsberg in Kärnten für einige Minuten behindert hätten. Seit Jahren protestieren AntifaschistInnen gegen das Rechtsextrementreffen am Ulrichsberg, wo sich jedes Jahr GeschichtsrevisionistInnen, Veteranen der Wehrmacht und der Waffen-SS, Neonazis, Burschenschafter, BZÖ/FPÖ und offizielle Kärnter Politik versammeln, um die Niederlage Nazideutschlands zu betrauern und NS-Verbrechen zu leugnen. Der ewiggestrige Charakter dieses Treffens ist so offensichtlich geworden, dass die Veranstalter 2009 den Hut nehmen mussten und den Ulrichsberg ganz FPÖ und Neonazis überließen. Die Anklage gegen die Antifas hat nichts in der Hand, trotzdem gehen die Verfahrenskosten in mehrere Tausend Euro. So stehen die Einzelnen unter Druck, sich 'schuldig' zu bekennen und Antifa-Demos zu meiden.

Lieber wild als brav - antifaschistischer Widerstand lässt sich nicht
verbieten!
