Dogs Bollocks proudly presents Affine Records! Am 31. Oktober 2009 steht der Abend im SASS Music Club ganz im Zeichen des 24-jährigen Producer, DJ und Musiker The Clonious.

The Clonious wird zum ersten mal in seiner Heimatstadt Wien live und direct sein Debütalbum "Between the Dots", das im Herbst auf dem renommierten US-Label Ubiquity erscheinen wird, präsentieren. Stilistisch bewegt sich der Soulsearcher und Vinylafficionado zwischen Jazz aus längst vergangenen Tagen und der neuen Hiphop Beat Generation. Sein Zugang ist dabei stets frisch und undogmatisch, was zum Beispiel auch die Arbeit als Producer und Gitarrist mit dem Bandkollektiv JSBL, wo u.a auch Keyboardwizzard Dorian Concept mit von der Partie ist, dokumentiert. Die Basis ist Funk, der Ansatz ist futuristisch. Genau für dieses Konzept steht seine Homebase Affine Records, wo in näherer Zukunft weitere Releases und Collabos geplant sind. An den Turntables: Slack Hippy, seines Zeichens Host des Abends und Mastermind der monatlichen FM4 Radioshow "Dogs Bollocks" und Urbs (g-stone), der schon ziemlich bald mit einem neuen Longplayer am Start sein wird. The Fanfare KermesZ à l'Est i s a brassband of 8 musicians and friends from belgium, unified by a wild musical project focused on the festive side of acoustic music. Playing mostly klezmer and balkanic songs, this band likes also hot mixes and self compositions. Kermesz à l’Est likes to be acoustic and to play wherever it is physically possible to get in with his instruments (though we are actually working hard on ways to overcome this). However the band also has an electric formula, for scenes and to entertain the public with more ska-ish sounds. Hope to see you soon ! ***
