BIO4EMA ist in der Salzburger elektronischen Musikszene schon seit einiger Zeit kein unbeschriebenes Blatt mehr, und genauso nimmt er sich bei seinen LIVEACTS kein Blatt vor den Mund, um verschiedene elektronische Stile (Minimal, Elektro, Breaks) zu vereinen und in einen neuen Kontext zu stellen.
Abgerundet wird die Nacht durch die beiden Wiener KLINKE und PEPONE, die euch mit feinen Minimal und Elektro-Scheiben verwöhnen werden. Dazu gibts dann noch eine Mischung als Elektro mit etwas DUBSTEP von SUBREISTANCE und zu guter letzt von unserem Resident SENKMASTER FRESH.

John Bryn Williams (born 1977 in Maidenhead, Berkshire, United Kingdom) is a drum and bass DJ from the UK. He is widely known for having very wild hair and a talent for producing cutting edge drum and bass tracks. While his trademark sound has evolved through the years, it generally involves catchy female vocals and trance-like synths (at one point this style was dubbed “trance and bass” . His most recent sound of choice is ’80s and electroclash influenced, electro/drum n bass (at one point dubbed “electrostep” which at first (around early 2002) seemed very odd (and comical) to some in the drum and bass community. However, this move has given John the ability to carrying drum and bass forward in his own special way. He has dabbled in dark tearout drum n bass, as well as experimenting in jazz influences, and other styles too numerous to list here. |

ABOUT ILL.GATES:
ill.gates is a well-known producer from Toronto Canada. His previous productions as ‘The Phat Conductor’ and co-productions with Robb G have made waves in the Electro House and Breakbeat genres, as has his work with Bassnectar in the growing crunky midtempo breaks genres. Past production work includes remixing the likes of DJ Dan, Myagi and Si Begg and has led to top selling tracks on Beatport and also a mention in URB as one of their ‘next 100’ top artists.
His versatility is evident in the variety of genres covered on ‘Autopirate’, everything from Hip Hop, Electro House & Techno to Breakbeat, Grime and Dubstep. This debut album as ‘ill.gates’ pushes the envelope and creates some very fresh new perspectives.
