Das Didgeridoo erobert den Dom. Die Veranstalter „11 SHOWS“ rund um Martin Obmann und Alexander Pfleger laden zum 3. „Didge & Bass“ und bringen die australische Kult-Formation „Wild Marmalade“ sowie die heimischen „RhythMen & Friends“ am 25. April 2009 in den Dom im Berg. Über 1.000 Besucher werden den Event zur bisher größten Didgeridoo-Indoor-Veranstaltung Österreichs machen.
„Wild Marmalade“ verzichten auf jeden technischen Schnickschack, verblasen mit ihren energiegeladenen Live-Shows aber im wahrsten Sinn des Wortes jeden DJ. Ein Didgeridoo und ein treibendes Schlagzeug reichen, um die Menge mit dem Tanzfieber zu infizieren...

In a world of lies, corruption and superficiality, these inner city rebels refuse to play along. Perfecting orchestra, detailed compositions, Lynx has been referred to as the future of Drum & Bass for his progressive ideas and technical genius. Kemo gives the revolutionary movement a voice wth his deep, moody poetry –rapped with eloquent flow, spoken with utmost sincerity. Strength lies not in volume, but in depth and balance. The songs are laced with elaborate songwriting,reduced to the core concept, and the essence is undelined and highlighted. The songs contain gigantic peaks reached through silent gaps. Everything has a purpose. Space is essential. This is full spectrum music. From the soul. Lynx & Kemo bring a fresh and unique approach to their music, creating their own vibe and by doing so immediately gaining the respect of many of the heavyhitters in the scene. Their tracks appeal to artists across the drum and bass community and are being rinsed by the likes of Calibre, Marcus Intalex, Doc Scott, Fabio, Grooverider, Andy C, Hype, Shy FX, Marky, Zinc and many more. 2007 and Lynx & Kemo’s first release ‘Global Enemies’ saw its release on Soul:r, to accolades by the scene’s top DJ’s. Closely followed by the equally impressive "Carnivale" later in 2007, which firmly cemented Lynx and Kemo as the most exciting and original Drum & Bass act to surface in years.
Lynx has established a reputation for his technical ability and his innovation. Soul:r, Creative Source, Digital Soundboy and Bingo are just some of the leading labels he’s released on and are proof that his sound is not only fresh but also diverse. With massive tracks including ‘Disco Dodo’ being played on Radio 1 and Kiss FM every day for months, Lynx has clearly demonstrated that he’s not afraid to break the mould whilst staying true to his own style.
Kemo's global upbringing allowed him access to a wide variety of cultures and experiences. This is clearly reflected in his musical work - ranging from Dubstep to Techno, from Drum & Bass to Hip Hop - being championed by DJs as diverse as Laurent Garnier, Zed Bias, Pendulum and DJ Hype. Lynx & Kemo now have been a heavyweight DJ & MC duo on the scene for two years, touring Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Russia, Canada, USA, Brazil, and all over the UK & Europe. DAS ORIGINAL aus dem Hause CHILIBOX - oft kopiert und nie erreicht - ist zurück! Nach 5 monatiger Zwangspause (das Moulin Rouge hatte ja aufgrund einer Neuübernahme geschlossen) lädt die Bad Taste Party wieder zu Wiens verrücktester Partynacht ein.
Die Entzugserscheinungen sind bereits gross, aber die unverwüstlichen DJs Sellout, K.I.T.T & Wario werden euch wie gewohnt, mit einem worst of Mix der ltz. Jahrzehnte aus Disco, 80s Pop, Eurodance & von heute, ordentlich in Fahrt bringen.
Dazu gibt es wieder kultig-trashige Videos auf den Leinwänden und Happy Hour Angebote fürs leibliche Wohl.
