Seit 15 Jahren an den Decks, seit fast acht Jahren als Producer ein Fixpunkt der Clublandschaft: Urbs hat Stil, Urbs hat Skills. Vor fünf Jahren wurde er gesigned von G-Stone, dem Label von Kruder & Dorfmeister, gleichzusetzen mit dem Ritterschlag der österreichischen Elektronikszene.
Karuan vom Wiener Label Sunshine legte 2007 sein zweites Album “Pop Arif“ vor. Inspiriert vom kurdischen Musiker Mohamed Arif kann man Karuans Sound als „unique urban-oriental Soul“ bezeichnen. Einmal im Monat gibt’s in der Auslage unter seiner Regie die „Dohuki Ballets“.
