Eine neue Partyreihe geht vom Stapel: „Trommel und Bass“ ziehen aus um die drum'n'bass - Szene Salzburgs zu beleben und zu erneuern.
Einerseits sollen internationale Acts die unterschiedlichen Styles von d'n'b in angemessener Qualität in die Stadt bringen, Trommel und Bass -Parties sollen aber auch als Feuerprobe für lokale Talente gelten. Zum Kick off wurde John B geladen: Der Engländer, bekannt für seine glamourösen Auftritte, ist eine Pop-Ikone des drum'n'bass. Mit seinen trancigen Interpretationen bekannter Popsongs der 80's und Alben wie "in:transit" oder "electrostep" schuf er sozusagen sein eigenes "electroclash-d'n'b" Genre mit breiter Fanbase. Vor 10 Jahren veröffentlichte Grooverider John B's ersten Track "secrets", 2003 erreichte dieser mit "up all night" den internationalen Durchbruch.
