The Farewell Reason (CRO) play intensive emocore with a punk rock background. Nice guys too.
Fresnel (AUT) is chaotic hardcore with frantic screaming. Party Monster is coming.
Plague Study Continuum (AUT) is a mixture between deathmetal and hardcore. Angry'n'Heavy.
The Vellocet Effect (AUT) is the monster out of the deep forrest of Mühlgraben.
Revolted (AUT) aka Harald Keller from Burgau is a one-man-band project. Synthiebeats vs. guitar vs. voice.

Wie jedes Jahr feiert der Culture X Club auch heuer wieder sein traditionelles
"Summerbreak" zum Saisonende.
Um so richtig in den Sommer zu starten, werden noch mal alle Möglichkeiten
die der Club bzw. die Location bieten ausgeschöpft!
Also, packt Zelt und Badehose ein und genießt den Sommer!
MAINFLOOR
***LIVE*** (AB 22:30H)
VELOJET
Kurz: Es ist kein Zufall, dass sie Indie- und
FM4-Charts erobern. Und auch kein Zufall,
dass sie Vorband von The Killers waren.
Das aktuelle Album hält, was die Band
verspricht: herzerfrischender, kraftvoller
Indierock.
Presse: Für VELOJET wurde vor kurzem der
Support für die einzige Ö-Show von
COLDPLAY bestätigt (im Frühjahr
durften Velojet schon vor den Killers und Kettcar ran). Die Single "Your
Side" ist seit drei Wochen (!) auf Platz 1 (!!) der österr. Indie-DJ-Charts
und hält Kaliber wie die White Stripes souverän auf Distanz. Das Album
"Velojet" erhält nicht nur furiose Kritiken, sondern geht seit Erscheinen
(6.6.) auch weg wie die sprichwörtlichen warmen Semmeln. Attribute:
"Österreichs fescheste Band" (FM4), "Österreichs beste Band" (The Killers).
FM4 und gotv lassen das Teil bis zum Schwindelgefühl rotieren, die nächste
FM4 Sound Selection featured die Band mit genanntem Track, und im Talon
ist mit "Something To Believe In" für den Sommer noch eine zweite Single,
von der sich alle Beteiligten nicht zu Unrecht noch einen Deut mehr
erwarten. Was muß ich jetzt noch sagen, damit ihr wisst, ihr versäumt
was, ...
